Artificial intelligence and its agents are changing how companies decide, produce and compete. But it is worth knowing the difference: most companies today use language models. A language model answers questions. An agent completes tasks autonomously, across processes, at scale. This difference is at the core of what we will discuss this afternoon.

According to the latest AI Index for SMEs, only one in six mid-sized companies uses agentic AI. The other 84 percent face a decision: understand now what is coming, or react later when it gets more expensive.

The Autonomous Intelligence Forum brings together two groups that rarely sit at the same table: experts actively shaping the field, and decision-makers from Hamburg's business community who understand that waiting is not a strategy.

No conference noise. No endless panels. Substantive conversations at eye level about automation, responsible AI and what it means for Hamburg's businesses in practice.

The afternoon at DEEPTECH Campus Hamburg combines impulse talks, hands-on workshops and a live podcast on the most pressing questions around autonomous AI. Confirmed speakers include Prof. Dr. Christian Rauda (ARTANA Rechtsanwälte) on IP, regulation and liability of autonomous AI, Dr. Pascal Wichmann (CAPS & COLLARS) on coding in the agentic AI era, and Jan Sebastian Steffen (Re-entry.ai) on AI agent governance. Among the additionally confirmed speakers: Gordian Braun (Growth Lead Europe, ElevenLabs) on voice as the fastest path from intent to action. More speakers and workshops to follow.
